Starting from farm work and cleaning roles, I founded a thriving cleaning business that emphasizes detail-oriented service and personal client interactions.
Huizhaven Cleaning Services is a business built from small beginnings.
Growing up on a farm in the Niagara Region it was family oriented and everyone helped out in any way they could. I always enjoyed working with the animals, cleaning/organizing the house, barn, and equipment and occasionally operating machinery. What started as part time house cleaning 5 years ago alongside a job setting up and cleaning up tent venues, has now become a full-time venture. After a few years of picking up houses here and there I started off on my own and we’re now hiring employees and running a full-time cleaning business!
As someone who grew up in a small town farming community, having face to face contact with people is what we do. I have never given an official quote without first meeting clients and examining the house to get a full scope of the needs they’re looking for. While we do have basic packages to give you an idea of what we do, each home or business is unique and we treat them as such. Growing the business strictly through word of mouth has been very rewarding and getting calls from potential customers saying their friend, family or co-worker recommended us to them brings a smile to my face. I realized I can take the technique and personal touch I bring to cleaning a house and teach others to do the same quality and reach the same standard I hold myself to. Taking this step into the online space allows us to connect not just with our local community but also with those who haven’t heard about us yet!
Our passion is taking the dirty and making it clean, taking the clouded and making it shine, taking a job that seems daunting to most and getting it done efficiently.
